How It All Started….
After spending years living in larger cities and ultimately finding our way back home, Faith and Amy had a clear-eyed realization: the need for intentional, women-centered connection doesn’t disappear with population size. No matter the zip code, women are craving more opportunities to grow, build real friendships, and expand their personal and professional networks in a way that feels natural, not forced. While men have long had built-in outlets like golf leagues and standing meetups, women are often left to piece it together on their own. For The Girls Social Club was created to close that gap; curated experiences, meaningful events, and a built-in community designed specifically for women who want more connection, more momentum, and more room to show up fully. Simply put: men have golf, we have FTG.
For The Girls Social Club started as more than an idea; it grew from lived experience. After spending time in larger cities and then returning to our hometown, Amy and I quickly realized something important: the need for connection, growth, and community for women exists everywhere. Geography may change, but the gap does not. Too often, women lack intentional spaces designed to foster real friendships, personal growth, and meaningful professional connections, and we knew we could help change that.
FTG’s superpower is creating spaces where women can become the best version of themselves, together. Through thoughtfully curated events and experiences, we’re building a community filled with genuine connection, opportunity, and confidence. While men have long had built-in outlets for networking and camaraderie, For The Girls exists to give women the same, on our own terms.
We believe women are strongest in community, and For The Girls Social Club is rooted in a connection over competition mindset. As we grow, so does our impact; supporting not only our members, but also the local communities we call home by partnering with women-owned businesses, creatives, and leaders to bring meaningful experiences to life.
